

I’m a time-blocker, and I need a visual representation of that, so I made a Daily Schedule section. Then I use the Notes section for random thoughts. I like to make a general task list on a 3”x3” sticky note at the beginning of the week and just move it from page to page as the week progresses.

Or, you can take notes about things as they happen during the day. In the Notes section, you can make a list of mini-tasks you would like to accomplish. I have to track my water intake or I never drink enough! I don’t know about you, but I always feel better when I’m adequately hydrated. Or, you could use the blank areas to record what you ate for the day. Still, I put spaces in there because I know others are much better at planning those meals than I am. Thanks to once a month meal planning, I usually know what we’ll be having for dinner. Don’t ignore the times your motivation comes from within! Feel free to grab my list!īut sometimes I just make something up & write it in there to inspire myself.
